Yoga and Barre Classes
Join me, Romana, and a wonderful group of yogis for a six-week yoga journey at the beautiful new space in BS3, The Hideout.
Consistency creates transformation.
These six weeks help you build mobility in the body, accountability with yourself and you’ll be part of. a nurtuting and welcoming, open minded, respectful and kind hearted community.
We’ll move, breathe and reconnect, in a space that feels cosy and grounding.
The theme will be “Flowing with Compassion” all levels and bodies are welcome here, we are building the foundations and exploring our strength - as well as our stillness and inner guidance - together.
Please note, this course in non-transferable and non-refundable.

NEW BARRE CLASSES STARTING IN MARCH
Exciting news! A new Barre class is coming to Bs3. Scroll down to book a single BARRE class £12.50.
Barre classes will be on Mondays 6 pm at The Sundial Kitchen 1 William St, Totterdown, Bristol BS3 4TU 6:00-6:45 pm starting from March 2nd. March dates: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd. Please note there will be no class on 30th March or 6th April over the Easter break.
Classes will resume Monday 13th April. Please book this class on the Sunday prior to the class or Monday of the class or before 1 pm on Mondays you are joining for.

What to expect?
YOGA: The classes combine steady, strengthening flows with slower, restorative shapes, guided by the theme of compassion. Each session invites you to move with kindness rather than force, balancing strength with softness. Through mindful movement, breath and stillness, you’ll be supported in listening to your body’s natural intuition and meeting yourself exactly where you are.
This is a space to be yourself and feel connected. Letting go of expectations, we’ll embark on this six-week journey together within a welcoming and supportive community.
BARRE: Upbeat, confidence boosting and low impact, each class is a full-body workout using small, controlled movements to strengthen every muscle. Inspired by 80s fitness, ballet and Pilates and set to a fun, motivating playlist, you’ll feel long, strong and energised, alongside a beautiful, supportive community.
Barre is rhythmic and strength-focused, using pulses and holds to build deep stability and balance. Pregnancy-friendly and suitable for movement restrictions, with options throughout so you can move at your own pace, let go of perfection and enjoy feeling good in your body.
