Hi, I'm your coach Romana!
Bristol based qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher! I offer one-to-one fitness coaching to help you achieve your goals. I will build you customised strength training routine to feel stronger and more confident.

My guiding principle is that we never stop finding ways to nurture our long-term health. When we work with our bodies and start to see our inherent limitless possibilities, we open ourselves to a realm of exciting new opportunities.

  • To train with me at sweat box, you do not need a membership with the gym :) perks of having a personal trainer!

  • I work from Sweat Box gym in Bedminster :) it’s such a great place, with a huge variety of people and training styles, a very inspiring place to work and train at.

  • Yes, it is. 😊 As long as your doctor or physio is okay with it. Please only sign up for PT if you’re already 6 weeks post-partum.

  • I reccomend that you start with x4 sessions a month. some clients prefer to have the same slot every week but with some of my very busy clients we liaise each week :)
