About me

Hi, I'm your coach Romana!

I am qualified as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at the Elite Performance and Fitness Academy and as a Yoga Teacher with Himalaya Yoga Valley.

My guiding principle is that we never stop finding ways to nurture our long-term health. When we work with our bodies and start to see our inherent limitless possibilities, we open ourselves to a realm of exciting new opportunities.

With a positive, passionate and determined mindset, I will guide you towards accomplishing your goals. We will build confidence, boost energy levels and increase our happiness. Are you ready to challenge yourself, set goals and look after your body?

  • To train with me at sweat box, you do not need a membership with the gym :) perks of having a personal trainer!

  • I work from Sweat Box gym in Bedminster :) it’s such a great place, with a huge variety of people and training styles, a very inspiring place to work and train at.

  • Yes, it is. 😊 As long as your doctor or physio is okay with it. Please only sign up for PT if you’re already 6 weeks post-partum.

  • I reccomend that you start with x4 sessions a month. some clients prefer to have the same slot every week but with some of my very busy clients we liaise each week :)
