I have created a NEW online programme for you while we wait for doors to reopen in November…. You might be thinking, “I don’t have time for training, relaxing, self-caring!” I am too busy with [insert current struggles]” but all I ask is a few minutes a day, the planning is done for you through our lovely calendar and you will feel like a new woman by the end. Absolutely TRANSFORMED! & you’ll be amazed at how much you’ll have achieved by the end.

In this 30 day REBOOT we will focus on finding time for yoga, journaling and exercise as well as rest and relaxation. All you need is a few minutes a day to make all the difference. When we keep pushing and pushing, we become depleted and unmotivated. When we say we’re going to do something and then we don’t, it depresses us, it sends a message to our brain that once again we have disappointed ourselves….. We’re about to change that! It’s a myth that we have to train for an hour a day to see results! Let’s start simple, twenty minutes is all I ask!
As the seasons begin to change and the days get darker, I want us to find 20 mins each day for ourselves to reboot, recenter and feel really strong and confident :)
You can be really busy and still join the challenge, it’s very low maintenance. Hopefully you will feel more and more connected to yourself every day.
